Throughout your course, you'll have access to Lengalia’s online tutor service. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive support, including assistance with using our learning portal, personalized counseling on Spanish grammar, and guidance on your learning progress. We also address any technical issues you may encounter and help you select the course that best fits your needs.
Once you are logged into a course, a symbol labeled "Tutor" will appear in the upper part of the menu. When you click on it, two buttons will open, allowing you to contact the Lengalia team directly. You can choose between a (video) call or an email to receive support. We can respond to your questions in English, French, German and Spanish.
